Our Guarantees
“A piece of jewelry is judged by what it promises — and by what it delivers.”
GRA certificate included
Every Kouchta moissanite is delivered with its GRA certificate, attesting to its purity, colour and cut. Your stone carries its serial number, inseparable from its certificate.
Two-year guarantee
Our 925 silver creations plated with 18K gold are covered by a two-year guarantee on finishes and plating. A manufacturing defect is repaired by us, at our expense.
Signature case
Every piece comes in its signature Kouchta case, designed to protect and showcase it — the one you keep, the one you give.
14-day returns
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, in accordance with our return policy. No justification, no hidden conditions.
Secure payment
Your transactions are encrypted and protected. No banking data is ever stored. Pay with complete confidence, wherever you are.
Tracked & insured delivery
From dispatch to your door, every parcel is tracked and insured, throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, Switzerland and Israel. See our shipping policy.
