Article 1 — Purpose and Definitions

These Terms of Sale govern all contractual relations between BINYAN CHALEM, registered in Israel, publisher of the KOUCHTA brand ("the Seller"), and any person purchasing products on kouchta.com ("the Customer").

Definitions: "Products" means jewelry in 18K gold vermeil and moissanite sold under the Kouchta brand. "Moissanite" means a stone grown in laboratory, offering superior brilliance to diamond with hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale.

Article 2 — Acceptance

Validating an order implies full acceptance of these Terms. The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, the applicable version being the one in force on the order date.

Article 3 — Product Description

Products are jewelry in 18K gold vermeil (925 silver plated with 18K gold, minimum 2 microns), set with moissanite. Photos and descriptions are indicative. Slight variations may exist due to artisanal manufacturing. Each piece comes with a quality certificate attesting the materials.

Article 4 — Price and Payment

Prices are indicated in the Customer's market currency. Payment is due upon order. The Seller accepts payment methods displayed at checkout.

Article 5 — Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide (DDP — all duties included). Delivery time: 7-15 business days. The Seller ships via its logistics partner.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days from receipt to return the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with all packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Article 7 — Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to the order amount. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property

The KOUCHTA brand and all site content are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

Article 9 — Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel.
