How do I care for my Kouchta jewelry?

18K gold vermeil requires simple care: a soft cloth for wiping and an occasional lukewarm soapy bath. Avoid contact with perfumes and chlorinated products. For the moissanite stones, a soft dry wipe is sufficient. Every Kouchta creation is delivered in its gift box with personalized care instructions.

What are the delivery times?

Each piece is prepared, inspected and carefully packaged. Allow 1 to 3 business days for preparation, then 5 to 12 business days for delivery in Israel. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Can I return a creation?

You have 14 days to change your mind. The item must be returned in its original box, unworn and unaltered. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned item. Because truth also applies to our commitments.

Do you offer a warranty service?

Every Kouchta creation comes with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. Beyond the warranty period, our customer service team remains available for repolishing, resetting, or resizing. A house never leaves its creations behind.

Are Kouchta creations unique?

Each model is produced in a limited edition. Our collections are not reissued indefinitely — once a series is sold out, it does not return. Rarity gives jewelry its true value, and that rarity is what we preserve.
