Two-year guarantee
Our 925 silver creations plated with 18K gold are covered by a two-year guarantee on finishes and plating. A defect covered by the guarantee is handled at our expense under the applicable terms.

Received damaged or non-conforming goods? Contact us as soon as you notice the issue. Photos can help, but no 7-day deadline restricts your statutory guarantees.
